Let's close the loop.
Find quick answers about expenses, balances, settlements, Pro, and keeping your LoopEven data safe.
How do loops work?
A loop keeps a group or expense context separate. LoopEven Free includes one loop; LoopEven Pro unlocks unlimited loops.
How do I add or split an expense?
Choose the payer, participants, amount, and a supported split method: equal, percentage, weighted, or paid-for. Review the shares before saving.
What does a balance mean?
Balances summarize the expenses and settlements recorded in a loop. They show who owes whom so the group can close its open loop with clear balances.
Can I record a partial settlement?
Yes. Record either a partial or full settlement. LoopEven updates the remaining balance and keeps the settlement in history.
How do I buy or restore LoopEven Pro?
LoopEven Pro is a one-time App Store purchase with no subscription. Use the purchase option in the app to unlock it, or use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do backups and loop transfers work?
A full backup preserves your LoopEven app data for later restoration. A loop transfer creates a file for a specific loop. Both are generated locally; store them securely and share them only with people you trust.
What if App Lock or my PIN is not working?
Confirm Face ID or Touch ID is enabled for LoopEven in iOS Settings. If you use a LoopEven PIN, enter the PIN you configured in the app. For persistent access problems, contact support and include your iOS and LoopEven versions—never send your PIN.
